About Me
Hi, I’m Allyssa, a birth doula, midwifery student, wife, and mom of four. My passion for birthwork began with the transformative experience of my first birth in 2016. Since then, I’ve been drawn to supporting others through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I believe birth is sacred and that every birthing person deserves support that’s compassionate, informed, and deeply respectful. As a military spouse and outdoor enthusiast, I’ve lived in six states, currently calling Elizabethtown Kentucky home. I love hiking and camping with my family, I'm passionate about baby wearing, I have four incredible kids who inspire my work and passion for mothers and babies every day.
